A contact-form submission or email inquiry does not create a consulting engagement, confidentiality agreement, or service-level commitment. Do not send confidential project materials until an appropriate agreement and transfer method are established.

Engagements and authorization

Services, pricing, deliverables, responsibilities, confidentiality, data handling, and any support or response commitments must be defined in a separate written agreement. Security testing requires explicit written authorization from the relevant system owner and an agreed scope before testing begins. Third-party platforms and assets require their owners’ permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the contact form, impersonate another person, submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or its providers. Send only information you are authorized to share.
