When was the company founded?
Blue Scorpion Labs started in 2018 as a private consulting firm and opened to all businesses in 2025. We are based in Texas, with a founder who has over 20 years of experience.

Our public service areas include technology and SaaS, financial and professional services, and healthcare and regulated organizations. We discuss your environment and requirements before agreeing scope.
Can you help us build AI applications?
We help with AI applications, automation and integrations, including data handling, evaluation and security considerations. Submit a new customer request to discuss your goals.
Do you offer products and custom applications?
You can contact us now about consulting and custom application development. We are also developing products designed to bring cyber investigation workflows into a single application, including link analysis and social media security tools. These products are in development; this website does not offer them for purchase or announce release dates. Discuss your application or consulting needs.
How do I become a customer?
Complete the new customer application with your business contact details and a brief project overview. Our team will review your request and discuss fit and next steps. Submission does not create an account, contract or service commitment.
How soon will you reply?
We usually reply within one business day, excluding weekends. This is our usual inquiry response time, not an emergency-response guarantee.
How do I request support?
Visit Support to email help@bluescorpionlabs.com or send a support ticket request. Requests are emailed to our team. This website does not provide a ticket-status portal or guaranteed emergency response; existing clients should use any escalation process in their agreement.
Does consulting guarantee compliance or certification?
No. Engagements can be scoped around applicable frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, OWASP Top 10:2025, SOC 2, PCI DSS and HIPAA. Scope and deliverables are agreed before work starts; consulting does not itself certify compliance.
What information should I share?
Share business contact details and a non-sensitive overview. Do not submit passwords, payment details, medical records or confidential system information. Agree a secure channel with the team for sensitive materials.
Is Spyce a person, and is my chat saved?
Spyce is an automated AI assistant grounded in approved public company information. Questions are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI; our application does not retain raw chat transcripts. Optional memory saves your service interest and anonymous activity counts for up to 30 days. Use Forget me to delete the interest. Opening another page or reloading clears the current chat; optional saved service interest remains until it expires or you select Forget me. Application and support forms use FormSubmit to email your request; see our Privacy Notice.
How do you scope security testing?
We agree written authorization, targets, exclusions, timing and data handling before testing. Web application work can use OWASP Top 10:2025 risk coverage; NIST SP 800-53 and ISO/IEC 27001 can inform control assessments. Reports describe scope, evidence, findings and remediation; framework references are not certification claims.
