Website Privacy Notice

This notice describes information collected through the Blue Scorpion Labs website, consultation, new customer and support forms. Client project data is governed by the applicable service agreement and any data-processing terms.

Information collected

The form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, and request. Phone number and company are optional. Information you email us is also received in our business inbox. Hosting, email, and spam-prevention providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request metadata, and security logs.

Spyce and new request forms

Spyce is an automated public-information assistant. Questions sent to Spyce AI are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Our application does not retain raw chat transcripts. The approved-answer fallback works locally when AI is unavailable. Reloading or leaving the page clears the conversation. Customer applications collect name, email, company, service and goals, with optional phone and timeline. Support requests collect name, email, topic, subject and request, with optional company and phone. These forms are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to our team under the same provider and retention considerations described below.

How information is used

Information submitted through this website is used to respond to inquiries, discuss possible services, and maintain related correspondence. The form is not a newsletter subscription. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, medical records, government identifiers, or confidential client materials.

Providers and disclosures

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. FormSubmit processes contact requests and emails them to help@bluescorpionlabs.com. FormSubmit’s documentation states that form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days; this does not describe retention in our email inbox. Our email service also processes messages. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address misuse or security issues.

Website theme preference

The theme selector offers light, dark and system settings. Your theme preference and optional Spyce memory choice are saved in this browser’s local storage so it can apply across visits. It contains no chat messages or contact details and is not sent to our team. If browser storage is unavailable, the selector still works for the current page.

Cookies and external services

Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured for this website to measure visits, page views, referrals, and website performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and states that it does not track individual visitors. These reports are accessed through a private Cloudflare account. The site does not include advertising pixels. Hosting and the external form service may use security-related cookies or similar technologies. Submitting the form opens FormSubmit, which may present a spam-prevention challenge and apply its own privacy terms. Browser settings can control cookies; blocking them may affect those services.

Retention and privacy requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, or to raise a privacy concern, email help@bluescorpionlabs.com. Include enough information to identify the correspondence, but do not send identity documents unless a secure verification method is agreed. Requests may require identity verification and are subject to applicable legal, contractual, and recordkeeping requirements. If you wish to appeal a privacy-request decision, use the same address with the subject “Privacy appeal.” Available statutory rights depend on your location and the law’s applicability.

Children and changes

This is a business consulting website, not a service directed to children. Please contact us if a child’s information was submitted so it can be reviewed for removal. This notice will be updated when website practices change.
